Palusami Restaurant promotes the use of local produce and Samoa made products. All meat, fish and vegetables are organic; purchased directly from local farmers, villages & families. Help Palusami Restaurant & Bar employ our Samoan youth and improve village economies.

Our menu is inspired by traditional Samoan food infused in a variety of world flavours so be prepared to experience a nostalgic meal and surprise yourself with tastes that are familiar and foreign.
